Company Cancellations: Haunted Company reserve the right to cancel any of our events at any time, for any reason, at our own discretion. All events must be financially viable and we will cancel an event if it not enough guests have booked to attend. In all cases, we will inform you by email of our decision to cancel as soon as reasonably possible. In these circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund of any monies paid to Haunted Company for that event, or a booking transfer to another event of their choice of the same value. It is your responsibility to keep your eye on the status of events and check your emails regularly leading up to an event. If you have any questions regarding an event, please email us on info@staging.hauntedcompany.com.

In the case of an event cancellation, any hotel/overnight bookings or travel arrangements made by you will not be the responsibility of Haunted Company and no compensation or refunds for these will be paid by us. It is your responsibility to contact and cancel any additional bookings you have made. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

Booking Cancellations and Refunds: Our event locations are booked in advance and in most cases we are committed to paying for the location and your place(s) in advance, especially if food is included as this is always pre-ordered. As a result, should you decide to cancel your place(s) or are unable to attend for any reason, we will be unable to offer you a refund as we will still be incurring costs for your place on the event. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Cancellations due to medical reasons will be dealt with at the Managers discretion.

Prices and Offers: Haunted Company reserve the right to change the prices of events and tickets with no notice. However if you have paid in full for an event before a price increase is made, you will not be asked to pay more. This may also happen as a result of inflation year on year. On occasion, Haunted Company may decide to reduce the price of an event or introduce an event offer. If you have paid in full for an event before this happens, Haunted Company are under no obligation to refund the difference.

Haunted Company’s Terms and Conditions and Behaviour Policy are non-negotiable and by booking an event you are accepting and agreeing to all information contained within.

Behaviour Policy:
Haunted Company wish all our guests to have an enjoyable and safe experience at all our events. Therefor you must read and agree to our terms and conditions and the terms of this policy.

Haunted Company Staff are in charge at all times, and the Manager’s word is final. One disruptive guest can have an adverse effect on everyone attending the event and absolutely no behaviour will be tolerated that has a detrimental effect on either the team or any of our other guests. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate will be dealt with swiftly and any person(s) concerned will be removed from the event, regardless of any difficulties incurred to themselves as a result. No refunds will be given should you be evicted from an event, and Haunted Company will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by you as a result of this action.

You will be required to stay with your allocated group and not wander off on your own at any time, unless free time is given.

We are a professional and experienced team, and no trickery is used by us during any of our events. We expect our guests to follow our example by using no trickery themselves nor any attempt to falsify paranormal activity or deliberately distress other guests. You will be evicted from the event if you are found to be falsifying evidence or experiments, using trickery of any kind or deliberately attempting to distress other guests. We will help run experiments, and on occasion use provocation to gain spirit/energy reactions, however this will only be done with respect and only with your agreement.

We ask that you respect the opinions and beliefs of others, especially if different from your own. We encourage both believers and sceptics at our events as this is the nature of paranormal investigation.

You must behave responsibly at all times before, during and after an event, and with respect for the nearby area, residents. You will also have respect for the property we are investigating and its grounds, along with any goods and belongings relating to the property.

You alone are responsible for your own actions, and Haunted Company will not be held liable for any injury or death caused by the negligence our any of our guests.
